1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from Ash of Wands (ashofwands.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and purchasers.

2. Digital Products & Courses

All courses, meditations, and downloadable materials sold on this platform are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, screen-record, or share course content in any form — in whole or in part — without express written permission from Ash of Wands.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a course or digital product has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at theashofwands11@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

4. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions require an application and are subject to approval. Once a session is booked and paid for, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email to receive a credit towards a future session. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Coaching offered through Ash of Wands is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Ashley is not a licensed therapist or medical professional.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Your account is personal and may not be shared. Ash of Wands reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found sharing access.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Ash of Wands does not store your card details. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including course materials, meditations, written content, imagery, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Ash of Wands and may not be used without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Results

Testimonials and results shared on this platform represent individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Results from courses, meditations, or coaching sessions vary and depend on many personal factors. Ash of Wands makes no promise of specific outcomes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
