After completing your purchase, sign in to your account at ashofwands.com and navigate to the course page. Your content will be unlocked automatically. If you don't have an account yet, create one using the same email address you used to purchase.

Yes. Once you purchase a course, you have ongoing access to all its content. You can revisit it as many times as you need.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same email address used at checkout. If the issue persists, reach out via the Contact page and I’ll resolve it for you manually.

Meditations purchased individually or as a bundle are accessible from the Journeys page when you’re signed in. Look for the ‘Listen Now’ button on each meditation.

At this time, meditations stream through the website. Offline download is not yet available but is something we're considering for the future.

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter your email address. You’ll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Please check your spam or promotions folder. Add ashley@ashofwands.com to your contacts to ensure future emails land in your inbox.

Please contact us with your current email and the new one you’d like to use, and we’ll update it for you.

Submit an application on the Coaching page. Ashley personally reviews each application and will respond by email within a few days. If it feels aligned, you'll receive a private link to choose your session and complete your booking.

You'll receive a booking link by email to schedule your session at a time that works for you. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam or contact us.

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

The Sanctuary is a curated space of ongoing rituals, wisdom, and energetic tools. Access is granted by purchase or by invitation. Once you have access, everything inside is available whenever you sign in.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Please contact us with your order details (email address used and approximate time of purchase). We’ll verify the payment and grant access immediately.

Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, please reach out and we'll handle it with care.
